Your answers from the welcome quiz, the flows you finish, flows you save or build, streak restores you use, mood check-ins, your reminder time, whether you have Plus, your referral code if you have one, and any friend’s code you add. That’s what Mewve needs to plan your day and run your account.
How it’s stored
Everything lives on your phone first. When you’re online it syncs to our database under an anonymous account. Your name stays on your phone until you save your progress by signing in with your email, Apple or Google; then it’s kept with your account so it can come back on a new phone.
Ask Miso
AI sharing is optional and off until you allow it. Before sending a request, Ask Miso identifies the configured provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI), links its privacy policy, and asks your permission. Your words, chosen length, pace, body areas, joint cautions and app language are sent through our server to that provider to write a routine from Mewve’s own poses. Your words and choices may include personal health information; your name, email and account ID are not sent to the provider. A change of recipient requires permission again. Turn sharing off on the Ask screen to stop future AI requests. We keep each sent request and its routine with your account to count asks and recover an answer after a lost connection; deleting your account removes these from Mewve. Declining uses a quick pick made on your phone without an AI provider.
Apple Health
Mewve uses Apple Health only if you turn it on in Settings. From then on, it saves each practice you finish to Apple Health as a Flexibility workout. It asks only to write workouts and never reads your Health data, so nothing from Apple Health reaches us. You can turn it off in Settings or in the Health app.
Analytics and crash reports
Release versions of Mewve use LogRocket to record how the app is used: the screens you see and tap, which flows you start and finish, and errors. It helps us find and fix problems. Recordings are linked to a random account ID, never your name or email, and your name, email and sign-in codes are hidden from them. They expire on LogRocket’s retention schedule; deleting your account doesn’t reach back into recordings already made, but they can’t be tied to you once the account ID is gone.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data or show ads. Your practice history is only used to run and improve Mewve, never shared for advertising.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device. We never send marketing pushes.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account in Settings › Account › Delete account. That deletes your profile, practice history, streak restores, routines, saved flows, mood check-ins, Ask Miso requests and referral redemptions from Mewve’s servers. Your referral code is kept, frozen and without your name, so friends’ rewards stay valid. Workouts Mewve saved to Apple Health stay in Apple Health; you can remove them there. The App Store and Google Play keep their own purchase records, and deleting your Mewve account doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store account. If you never saved your progress, the same place offers Delete my data, which removes your practice from this phone and from Mewve’s servers.
